- What is your mission and how is it consistent with our mission?
- What are your core principles?
- What is your rating on any charity rating agencies?
- What percentages of your funds go to programming vs. administration vs. fundraising?
- Please submit a copy of last year’s Form 990.
- Where do you direct your funds?
- Please describe the project you need funding for.
- What is your projected cost for completion of the project?
- What is the timeframe in which donations are used
- When are the funds needed?
